Is it Spring?

So its the 1st March, which according to the Meteorologists is the first day of spring! I stick to the 21st of March as the first day of spring but either way things are starting to wake up in my garden.  The most noticeable being the currants and my peach tree, which is forming buds galore in my greenhouse, I also have an alstroemeria coming into bud.

I decided to take a few photos of the garden to give me a focus for looking forward.





I have also started seed sowing Yeah! and soon the greenhouse will be bursting at the seams, the spuds are chitting away and i may try planting a couple when the next root moon happens at a weekend.
